I had been searching for so long for a publication that spoke to me–-the whole me, not just a part of me. The guy who loves well-crafted and well-tailored things, a simple meal, a great story, a good cigar, an epic road trip, a thrilling hunt or trout stream, European sports cars, pickup trucks, a well-made cocktail, an unapologetic can of cheap beer. WM Brown’s ethos is also inspired by the men in my life—my father and grandfathers, friends and a few style icons, living and past—confident, thoughtful men who devour life in all its colorful detail. Men who have learned to be comfortable in their own skin, found their uniform and purpose, and set an example for other generations. This spirit runs through our magazine, newsletter, and style collaborations. As I always say, when we can’t find it, we create it ourselves.
